To introduce The Ejura Foundation to the UK community, foster collaboration with local leaders, and set the foundation for women and youth empowerment initiatives in Greenwich and beyond.
Highlight: We officially launched The Ejura Foundation UK with the support of Councillor Zeeshan Raja and local youth. We aim to serve as a bridge between Nigeria-Uk promoting cross country charity, cultural exchange and foster community diplomacy.

Walking Together, Raising Awareness

Community Awareness Walk


To raise awareness about youth challenges, encourage collaboration between young people and community leaders, and inspire a culture of unity and service.
Highlight: The walk brought together speakers and youth voices to discuss opportunities for social impact.
The Ejura Foundation’s Community Awareness Walk brought people together in a vibrant show of unity and purpose. With youth, community members, and leaders marching side by side, the walk was more than just movement—it was a statement.

Through this initiative, we spread awareness on key social issues, encouraged active participation in community development, and reminded everyone of the power of collective action.

The streets of Greenwich came alive with energy, as voices and steps aligned for a common cause—empowering youth, promoting education, and building stronger communities.

About Us

The Ejura Charity Foundation is a purpose-driven organization rooted in love, resilience, and a passion for empowering lives. Inspired by the legacies of late Alhaji Abdullahi Shaibu and Rekiya Ejura Abdullahi, our mission is to create a brighter, more equitable future for underserved communities.

Our story is deeply personal. Losing my father at the age of three and my mother on my 13th birthday were profound experiences that shaped my journey. My mother’s unwavering strength, compassion, and selflessness taught me the value of perseverance and community. In her memory, and in honor of my father, the foundation stands as a testament to their enduring values and the beauty of giving back.

Through our work, we aim to touch lives, inspire hope, and ensure that every individual has the opportunity to thrive. Together, we are building a legacy of compassion, empowerment, and transformation.
